what people are saying about RBP

  • Beth has made an incredible difference in my life. She is obviously well trained as an instructor on the various types of equipment. She does extensive research on any issues I have and incorporates movements (for a pinched nerve) and appropriate exercises (for old knees and problematic shoulder) into the routines. Most importantly for me, she makes it fun! I invariably leave with a smile on my face, feeling energized.

  • Beth, the owner, is an amazing instructor. She is mindful of any conditions you might have and works with you to adjust exercises as needed. I love her descriptive instructions and the way she focuses on uses the proper techniques. She watches your form and makes corrections when needed to make sure you get the most out of each exercise and that you don't injure yourself. Beth also explains exactly what each exercise is working on and what you should feel. Her attention to detail gives you a great workout and helps you become stronger and sculpt your body.

  • I've been doing pilates for at least 15 years and this studio is by far the best I've been to! Beth has extensive knowledge of pilates technique as well as anatomy, biomechanics and posture. Her instruction caters to the goals/ capabilities of the individual, and she encourages and motivates me even on my clumsiest days! The studio is well equipped, comfortable and welcoming. Finally, my individual classes are lots of fun due to the creativity and variety Beth weaves into the sessions. I've found myself getting stronger and more coordinated over the years while enjoying every minute of the workouts. You can't go wrong with Real Bodies Pilates.

  • I have been working one on one with Beth for several months. She is a wonderful teacher who both challenges and encourages me. Her home studio is filled with all sorts of equipment to keep the work varied and interesting. She is helping me get stronger and keeping me mobile, even with my 70 year old problematic knees. She is a delightful and thoughtful person; I cannot recommend her highly enough.

  • I love working out with Beth. Her studio is welcoming and well equipped. Beth is knowledgeable about body mechanics and keeps up with current physiology literature. She uses her knowledge to design weekly practices to help me meet my personal goals. Alice & Findley, the “studio dogs”, are happy cheerleaders during my workouts. With Beth’s guidance, I am gaining strength and flexibility. Beth’s positive attitude, along with her knowledge & experience, make her a wonderful resource for those wishing to improve their overall tone and mobility.

  • I started working with Beth about 18 months ago. I have two sessions a week and Beth uses a mixture of contemporary Pilates, pain relief measures, strength and balance work.

I have been a Pilates student for over 10 years with several different, and excellent instructors. Beth brings a unique, individualized approach to her students. She does lots of research to specially address special needs.

Due to several injuries and surgery, Beth has worked with me on fall prevention, pain relief, knee strengthening.

She is also just an enjoyable person and fully committed to her students.
