PILATES FOR EVERY BODY HANDCRAFTED IN WEST ASHEVILLE
Real Bodies Pilates is a fully equipped, private studio nestled in a quiet neighborhood in West Asheville offering individual attention in a welcoming environment. Together we build sessions that help you achieve your goals.
Sessions are rooted in Pilates repertoire on the Reformer, Tower, Combo chair, CoreAlign and supplemented with TRX, BOSU, kettlebells, and other Pilates props. This varied emphasis builds strength, flexibility, and balance. The work you do in the studio will flow into your daily life and support your activities—athletic to everyday— improving body awareness, alignment, mobility and reducing pain.
Weather permitting, windows and the large studio doors are open for additional ventilation. A HEPA air filter runs constantly. If you are experiencing any Covid-like symptoms or are feeling unwell, please reschedule your session.
